Name, work email, company, topic, message, language, source page and date of the request. We do not use advertising cookies.

Purposes and legal basis

To respond to your request, including routing it to the relevant ecosystem entity (pre-contractual steps at your request), and to send news, only with your explicit consent.

Sharing within the ecosystem

When a request concerns another ecosystem entity or a partner, only the necessary data is shared with that entity, and only to respond to the request.

Retention

Data is kept for 24 months after the last contact, unless a legal obligation or contractual relationship requires a longer period.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing by writing to info@nexaris.pt, and you may lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD).
